Wellness is not a destination---it is a way of life. Ashley is incredibly passionate about helping others learn about nourishing their body, mind, and soul with real foods, and a doable non-toxic living plan.

When you begin to peel back the layers of your diet, lifestyle and environment, you can begin to figure out the root cause of dis-ease. The body sends us symptoms as signals that something is “off” or that we are being exposed to something that is potentially harmful. Ashley’s health really shifted when she fully embraced the concept that the body is ALWAYS reaching for healing, even during the discomfort and illness.

Bio-individuality is the foundation of Ashley’s root cause approach to wellness. She was empowered to turn her years of chronic illness and pain into purpose. She incorporates her own lived experience, extensive research, over 700 hours of certified integrative nutrition training, plus continuing functional health/wellness education to help guide others to feel their best and create a home environment to thrive in.
